Exciting! Do you by chance offer gluten free beer?

We are hoping to produce a gluten-free beer sometime in the future but are still learning more about the process and need to make a handful of test batches first. On a bright note the growing number of people with gluten-free diets are likely to help us secure better ingredients for beer production down the road. Our local malt producer/supplier has told us that malted sorghum might be available in a few years which would be great to work with, so definitely keep your eyes open. In the meantime be sure to check out Deschutes Brewpub in NW which has been offering some fantastic gluten-free beers.
